As if enough of my life weren’t already spent googling, there now comes — and I kid you not — [Google Scholar](http://scholar.google.com/), wherein one can ostensibly search for scholarly literature, including “peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from all broad areas of research.”

Alas, the thought may in fact be better than the execution, at least in my field; a little auto-googling resulted in no hits that actually bear any reference to me. But I’m giving it time.
