I woke up at 4:00am today for no immediately apparent reason. My brain decided that this provided an excellent opportunity for a full recounting of every mistake I made in 1998-99, ordered by level of embarrassing failure to consider the feelings of and/or the inconvenience caused to others. Also I was (and remain) vaguely nauseated, which may or may not be a related phenomenon. I have some concerns about how this day is going to go.
